Returns of unused or unworn products with their original tags and packaging are eligible for a full merchandise refund back to the original method of payment.

To return defective products, please email support@lucky13.golf to get in contact with a customer representative and include pictures and description of the issue to expedite the process. If your product is received damaged or defective, we will replace the item and provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged item. For manufacturer defects after the product has been received and used, we will contact the manufacturer to determine how to proceed under their warranty terms. (Note: replacement or repair process can take up to 4 weeks).
